Whitesquare (20:20 Visions / Freerange / Mobilee)
Hailing from the Italian capital, Rome, emerges the hotly tipped one to watch house and techno producer, Whitesquare. With heavy hitters dropping on Defected, Noir, 20:20 Visions and Culprit, 2016 has been a meteoric rise for the Italian. His releases were championed by the likes of AFFKT, Marco Carola, Phil Kieran, Maya Jane Coles, Steve Bug, X-Press 2, James Zabiela and Riva Starr just to name a few. His productions pull in influences from further a field than your run-of-the-mill track and he has the ability to run off an array of sounds from the very broad spectrum that is house music. 2015 also saw the producer launching his record label “Lyase Recordings” with NT89, an imprint made especially for their conceptual projects. With more releases expected in the pipeline, this is certainly only the beginning for the man.
